As a member of the Global Physical Security Technology team, responsible for the standardization, governance, deployment support, and continuous improvement of enterprise physical security platforms and technologies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administering, standardizing, and supporting Lenel OnGuard access control platforms
- Administering, standardizing, and supporting Milestone XProtect video management platforms
- Supporting the deployment of CCTV, access control, visitor management, and related security technologies across global sites
- Performing design reviews, developing technical standards, and supporting architecture governance for enterprise security systems
- Providing advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, database, network, and integrated security system issues
- Collaborating with IT, Facilities, Engineering, Security organizations, and external integrators
- Leading or supporting system expansions, upgrades, migrations, integrations, and modernization initiatives
- Developing and maintaining technical standards, design guidelines, operational procedures, and best practices
- Supporting investigations through access control and video system data analysis
- Driving lifecycle management, standardization, and continuous improvement of physical security technologies
- Utilizing AI-enabled and data analytics tools to improve investigations, reporting, operational efficiency, and decision-making
- Ensuring systems and operational processes align with global security standards, approved architectures, and enterprise requirements
