Drive process capability enhancement, yield improvement, defect reduction, and cycle-time optimization. Define and maintain critical process windows to ensure robust manufacturing performance. Support new technology node development and product qualification activities.\nNPI Reticle and Layout Management\nLead reticle strategy planning and management throughout the NPI lifecycle. Find opportunities to simplify reticle architecture and reduce overall reticle counts. Collaborate with Build, Development, and Manufacturing teams to enable efficient reticle implementation. Drive layout optimization initiatives that improve manufacturability while reducing operational cost.\nInnovation and Cost Reduction\nDevelop creative engineering solutions that improve product quality, productivity, and manufacturing efficiency. Find opportunities for cost reduction through process simplification, reticle optimization, and technology innovation.
