As partofourProcessWindowEngineering(PWE)organization,youwillhaveopportunitiestoinfluencetechnologydecisionsfromearlyNPIdevelopmentthroughproductionramp,workingcloselywithglobalengineeringteamsacrossmultiplemanufacturingsites.

WhatYouWillDo

AdvancedProcessIntegration&TechnologyDevelopment

• Establish, optimize,andcontinuouslyimprovesemiconductorprocessconditionsandtechnology.
• Drive processcapabilityenhancement,yieldimprovement,defectreduction,andcycle-timeoptimization.
• Define andmaintaincriticalprocesswindowstoensurerobustmanufacturingperformance.
• Support newtechnologynodedevelopmentandproductqualificationactivities.

NPIReticleandLayoutManagement

• Lead reticlestrategyplanningandmanagementthroughouttheNPIlifecycle.
• Identify opportunitiestosimplifyreticlearchitectureandreduceoverallreticlecounts.
• Collaborate withDesign,Development,andManufacturingteamstoenableefficientreticleimplementation.
• Drive layoutoptimizationinitiativesthatimprovemanufacturabilitywhilereducingoperationalcost.

InnovationandCostReduction

• Develop creativeengineeringsolutionsthatimproveproductquality,productivity,andmanufacturingefficiency.
• Identify opportunitiesforcostreductionthroughprocesssimplification,reticleoptimization,andtechnologyinnovation.
• Participate incross-functionalprojectsfocusedonsustainableoperationalexcellence.
• Contribute innovativeideasthatdelivermeasurablebusinessimpact.

DataAnalyticsandAI-DrivenEngineering

• Utilize AI-assistedanalysistoolstoidentifyprocessweakpointsandimprovementopportunities.
• Apply advanceddataanalytics,statisticalmethodologies,andautomationsolutionstoacceleratedecisionmaking.
• Develop dashboardsandengineeringinsightsthatprovideasinglesourceoftruthforprocessperformance.
• Leverage machinelearninganddigitaltransformationinitiativestoimproveengineeringproductivity.

• AI Relevant Job Responsibilities:

• Experience insemiconductormanufacturing,processintegration,yieldenhancement,orprocessengineering.
• Understanding ofstatisticalprocesscontrol,dataanalysis,andprocessoptimizationmethodologies.
• Familiarity withAI-assistedengineeringtools,automation,ordatavisualizationplatformsisaplus.
• Ability toworkeffectivelyinafast-pacedandhighlycollaborativeenvironment.
• Strong communicationskillswiththeabilitytoinfluencestakeholdersacrossorganizations.
• Bachelor's, Master's,orPh.D.degreeinEngineering,MaterialsScience,ChemicalEngineering,ElectricalEngineering,Physics,orarelateddiscipline.
