Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing.\nResponsibilities\nQuality Management System (QMS) & Document Standardization\nOwn and drive Quality Management System (QMS) documentation governance across Assembly & Test.\nLead global standardization of:Procedures\nSpecifications\nWork Instructions\nBest-known methods (BKMs)\nQuality documentation templates\n\nEstablish document control processes to ensure compliance, consistency, and traceability.\nPartner with site quality teams to review, consolidate, and harmonize quality documents across global manufacturing sites.\nDrive continuous improvement opportunities to simplify documentation and eliminate redundant processes.\niQCP Business Unit SME (Agentic Quality Transformation)\nServe as Business Unit Subject Matter Expert (SME) for iQCP deployment initiatives.\nTranslate business requirements into AI agent use cases and digital workflow solutions.\nPartner with SMAI, Digital Transformation teams, and Quality stakeholders to:Define requirements\nMap business processes\nValidate agent outputs\nMeasure business value realization\n\nDrive user adoption of AI-enabled quality agents.\nSupport pilot execution, deployment, training, and sustainment activities.\nIdentify opportunities to automate manual quality workflows and improve cycle time, accuracy, and decision-making effectiveness.\nBusiness Process Improvement\nAnalyze existing quality workflows and identify opportunities for simplification and automation.\nDrive standardization across sites and functions to improve operational consistency.\nSupport implementation of digital dashboards, reporting systems, and self-service analytics solutions.\nDevelop performance metrics and KPIs to monitor process effectiveness.\nStakeholder Engagement\nCollaborate with:Global Quality Engineering\nSite Quality Teams\nSMAI / IT organizations\nBusiness Process Owners\n\nFacilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and requirements gathering activities.\nPresent progress updates and recommendations to leadership teams.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Computer Science, or related discipline.\n7+ years of experience in:Quality Engineering\nQuality Systems\nManufacturing Operations\nProcess Excellence\nProcess/Equipment Engineering Expertise\n\nStrong understanding of:Quality Management Systems\nManufacturing Quality Processes\n\nExperience leading cross-functional projects.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nDemonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in semiconductor manufacturing.\nKnowledge of quality methodologies\nExperience with digital transformation, workflow automation, or AI-enabled business processes.\nFamiliarity with Generative AI, AI agents, or RAG-based solutions.\nExperience developing dashboards using Power BI or similar analytics platforms.\nProject management and change management experience.\nAbout Micron Technology, Inc.\nWe are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich lifefor all.
