The position promises ample opportunities for innovation, collaboration and testing a new dimension and scaling with Next Generation NAND. You will work directly with process integration and other process areas such as Wet Etch, CVD, Diffusion, Metals, Lithography & CMP. You will work on state of the art and best in class dry etch chambers & own the process roadmap to meet program and yield goals. Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:\nLeading Dry Etch technology and critical module development\nBe a Dry Etch Area expert.\nDevelop/innovate dry etch processes to meet structural and electrical specifications\nCollaborate with hardware teams to build equipment roadmap for the current and next generation NAND products.\nDemonstrate authority on dry etch technology fundamentals and have a mechanistic understanding of process parameters impact.\nCollaborate and lead cross functional teams to solve complex structural problems.\nPresent process and technology roadmaps for current and future technology nodes.\nStay proactive in predicting, when and how a future issue could arise and build mitigation plan.\nContribute towards Technical Leadership Program\nMentor less experienced engineers and inspire skill sets within the team.\nAssociated with critical modules such as HAR, Tier by tier etches, WL contacts & staircase\nInteraction with other Process Areas\nIdentify opportunities & drive towards a collaborative solution.\nGuide to other areas technology roadmaps.\nLead or be a part of cross functional task force groups driving towards a target\nDrive towards general expertise in other areas process hardware, or technologies\nInteraction with Dry Etch peers\nBe a resource and mentor for peers in dry etch technology and/or project management\nProvide critical updates to upper management on project status and impacts\nAI Responsibilities:\nIntegrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.\nContributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.\nSuccessful candidates for this position will have:\nDemonstrated aptitude for research and development environment\n6-10 years’ experience in dry etch process development in R&D transferring to manufacturing\n4-5 years of relevant NAND, DRAM or Logic module development experience, e.g.: cross-functional teams projects and deliveries\nKnowledge of plasma physics, plasma chemistry, transport or surface phenomena gained through experience and/or coursework\nDemonstrated leadership in problem solving.
