You will solve process and flow issues, analyze performance data, and implement solutions that improve yield, quality, and cycle time. This role plays a direct part in enabling high-volume manufacturing through structured problem solving and multi-functional execution.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn process performance and drive improvements in yield, quality, and cycle time\nTroubleshoot manufacturing issues using structured methodologies (e.g., root cause analysis, FMEA, SPC, 8D)\nAnalyze process data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities\nDefine, monitor, and adjust process parameters across semiconductor manufacturing equipment\nPartner with cross-functional teams to resolve process excursions and implement corrective actions\nSupport qualification and integration of new equipment, materials, and process changes\nDrive initiatives focused on yield improvement, cost reduction, and productivity\nPerform defect analysis and long-term investigations to improve process stability and reliability\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field\n5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or process engineering\nExperience resolving manufacturing process issues using root cause analysis\nWorking knowledge of statistical and process control systems (SPC, FDC, APC, or similar)\nAbility to collaborate across engineering and production teams to solve complex problems\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster’s degree or PhD in Engineering or a related field\nExperience in Region E module or similar semiconductor process areas\nExperience driving yield improvement and process optimization efforts\nStrong analytical and data interpretation skills\nAbility to communicate technical information clearly and lead initiatives to completion\nAbout Micron Technology, Inc.\nWe are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all.
