Your key responsibilities will include:\nDevelopment and integration of process technologies for Future DRAM nodes\nDesign, development, and optimization of capacitor modules\nIntegration across multiple process modules to ensure consistency and performance\nDesign and execution of experiments (DOE) and data analysis to optimize process conditions\nIdentification and resolution of yield and quality-related issues\nCross-functional collaboration with process, design, device, and quality teams\n•Required Qualifications\nTechnical Skills\nFundamental knowledge of semiconductor processes\nUnderstanding of process integration or related engineering fields\nKnowledge of DRAM devices and structures is a plus\nOver 10 years of experience in semiconductor engineering\n\nCommunication Skills\nAbility to communicate effectively in English, as you will frequently participate in meetings with overseas teams\nProficiency in Japanese for daily business communication\nStrong interpersonal skills to collaborate and negotiate with cross-functional teams\n•Desired Attributes\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work proactively in a team-oriented environment\nPersistence and ownership in addressing technical challenges\nUsing AI\nAbout Micron Technology, Inc.\nWe are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all.
