Its Business Operations and Pricing team works with partners across Sales, Marketing, Planning, and Finance to make informed pricing decisions.\nPosition Overview\nAs a Principal Pricing Analyst, you will shape pricing strategies for embedded memory solutions. You will turn customer, contract, and market data into recommendations that support competitiveness, market-share goals, and profitability. You will also improve pricing tools and processes while collaborating with colleagues across regions.\nResponsibilities:\nBuild pricing forecasts aligned with customer contracts and market trends; present risks, opportunities, and recommendations to business leaders.\nAnalyze industry trends, competitive information, and pricing benchmarks to guide strategy and track progress against pricing goals.\nPartner with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Finance on value-based pricing, regional quotes, and contracts for automotive, industrial, and consumer markets.\nImprove forecast accuracy, quote tracking, reporting, and decision support using analytical methods and AI tools in partnership with IT and other teams.\nSupport strategic pricing projects and executive requests, and share knowledge with regional pricing analysts to strengthen team effectiveness.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nExperience analyzing data, applying statistical methods, and using Excel to develop business insights or forecasts.\nAbility to evaluate market dynamics, identify business risks and opportunities, and make evidence-based recommendations.\nAbility to present ideas, negotiate constructively, and collaborate across teams and geographic regions; ability to communicate effectively in English with global partners.\nUsing AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, etc to improve analysis or workflows, solve problems independently, and communicate findings through tools such as PowerPoint and Teams.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPricing experience in memory, storage, or a related technology industry.\nExperience supporting regional quotes, customer contracts, or value-based pricing decisions.\nKnowledge of embedded memory products and automotive, industrial, or consumer market segments.\nThe US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:\n$132,000.00 - $299,000.00 a yearAdditional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.\nOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
