You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful new product introductions, seamless production transitions, and optimized manufacturing performance. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys driving coordination, solving complex challenges, and influencing product success.\nResponsibilities:\nManage system setup, traveler creation, and pilot scheduling for new product introductions\nCoordinate startup planning activities, including risk assessments and resource alignment\nSupport yield curve projections and performance tracking to enable business planning and forecasting\nOversee sampling plans, attribute management, SWR processing, and hold management activities\nPartner with planning, operations, and engineering teams to manage wafer, reticle, and priority lot requirements\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related engineering field\nExperience in semiconductor manufacturing, product introduction, PTO, NPI, or related engineering disciplines\nKnowledge of DRAM and/or NAND technologies\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in PTO (Part Type Ownership) or New Product Introduction within a DRAM or NAND manufacturing environment\nExperience coordinating wafer planning, yield performance monitoring, and product lifecycle transitions\nFamiliarity with manufacturing systems, attribute management, and reticle tracking processes\nExperience collaborating across engineering, planning, and operations organizations in a high-volume manufacturing environment\nExperience using AI-assisted analytics to enhance data interpretation, anomaly detection, and yield improvement initiatives\nAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
