Department Intro:
Join our QE Process Change Management team in Taiwan, where we drive innovation and excellence in developing user-friendly & reliable manufacturing environments and empowering our engineers to make a tangible impact on the world.
Position Overview:
As an Engineer of QE Change Management Engineer, you will be part of an ambitious team working on outstanding engineering projects. This outstanding opportunity will allow you to develop your skills in a collaborative and inclusive environment, where your contributions will be valued and your growth supported.
Responsibilities:
- Follow SOP to executing system setting based on requests.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze and resolve technical issues with detailed solution.
- Initiate / Develop solutions using tools provided by Micron to improve labor efficiency and mitigate risk during conversion.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal & Proficient in English,.
- Determined and proactive approach to learning and tackling challenges.
- Independent thinking ability.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science is prefer but not limit.
- Fluent English and Experience in coding in Python, SQL, C++... etc.is a plus.
- Basic understanding of memory and storage technologies.
- Familiarity with engineering software and tools.
