You will work on innovative projects that drive our industry forward.\nResponsibilities:\nCollaborate closely with FAB PI/Process Engineering/ME teams to ensure critical product achievements are reached.\nDrive fab quality improvements to improve repair density and product grade yield.\nWork with Product Engineering (PE) for downgrade strategy optimization.\nMonitor and drive fab efforts to identify probe indicators for process improvements.\nImplement and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure flawless product performance.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a similar area, with equivalent experience considered.\nProven experience in product quality assurance within the semiconductor industry.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.\nExcellent communication and organizational skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPossession of a Master’s degree in Engineering or a similar area, or relevant experience equating to this level of education.\nExperience with fab processes and quality improvement methodologies.\nCompetence in applying statistical analysis software for quality monitoring.\nDemonstrated success in managing and leading cross-functional projects.\nKnowledge of industry standards and guidelines for semiconductor manufacturing.\nUsing Artificial Intelligence:AI-Driven Decision Support for PQI Containment and Disposition\nDescription\nThis project aims to develop AI capabilities to support PQI workflows, including MRB disposition, containment prioritization, and cross-functional data correlation.
