In a high-volume manufacturing (HVM) environment, you will manage deviations through structured risk assessments and provide data-driven product disposition decisions.\nResponsibilities and Tasks\nDevelop, validate, and maintain test methodologies and coverage to ensure robust product quality and reliability.\n\nProvide release documentation upon achieving qualification and set up plans to monitor the quality and reliability of the products in the HVM phase.\nPerform product failure analysis on rejects to identify the failure mode and mechanisms that will lead to successful corrective actions and/or preventive actions.\nAssist and consult on post qualification quality and reliability issues and assist in the analysis and disposition of these materials.\nCoordinate with Research and Development and Product Engineering teams to comprehend new reliability issues and how to test for and assess their impact to customer risk and reliability.\nSkills and Experience\nExperience in Test Engineering & Semiconductor Manufacturing\nKnowledge of Unix/Linux environment, with strong programming skills; C / C++ / Perl / Python / Tester language\nGood understanding of semiconductor device physics will be an added advantage\nAutomated test equipment knowledge & experience\nInclined in writing & debugging test programs\nExcellent verbal & written communications skills\nAbility to apply baseline digital fluency and role-appropriate Artificial Intelligence (AI) literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes.\nGood organization skills and ability to multitask and coordinate between multiple issues at any given time.\nAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teams and handle pressure situations in a professional manner.\nCandidates with prior experience in the semiconductor industry as QA or Product engineer are preferred. Experience in failure analysis is a plus.
