RDA HVM Process Engineer

RDA is a specialized role focused on real-time defect analysis. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, a strong desire to understand manufacturing processes at a deeper level, and the ability to respond quickly to quality issues within the factory. As an RDA engineer, you will act as a quality advocate and help lead a culture where quality always comes first.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Establish and improve process condition and technology.
• Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
• Establish and modify process management projects.
• Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
• Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.
• Abnormal analysis and improvement.

Qualified required in basic:

• Proficiency in English, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Master's degree or above in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field is required.
• Priority will be given to candidates with relevant RDA experience

Extra Reference of AI skill

• Ability to utilize AI tools for defect analysis, process improvement, and decision support.
• Willingness to adopt emerging AI technologies to enhance manufacturing excellence and quality performance.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and AI-enabled ways of working to support defect analysis, process improvement, and decision-making activities.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to adopt emerging AI technologies to improve productivity, quality, and operational excellence.
