Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Establish and improve process condition and technology.
- Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
- Establish and modify process management projects.
- Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
- Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.
- Abnormal analysis and improvement.
- Apply AI tools to accelerate problem solving and yield improvement.
- Leverage AI to improve productivity, reporting, and decision-making
- Promote AI adoption and workflow automation across engineering processes.
- Apply AI-Enabled tools and data-driven methodologies to accelerate defect characterization, problem solving, and yield improvement
