If you thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy bringing clarity to complexity, this role will feel like home.\nResponsibilities:\nRoute and qualify leads into executive-relationship or early-architecture motions with clear next steps\n\nImprove and maintain scalable operating standards, documentation, and training\n\nServe as the primary contact for commercial updates, customer signals, and product offerings\n\nCoordinate cross-functional escalations, track follow-through, and deliver executive-ready messaging\n\nManage quarterly execution by balancing shipment priorities, risks, and revenue alignment\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n5-8+ years in account management, business development, or sales in semiconductor or technology\n\nExperience operating in complex enterprise or hyperscaler environments\n\nStrong executive communication skills, including clear issue and recovery narratives\n\nProven ability to manage complex quoting and RFQ workflows with high accuracy\n\nHands-on experience with demand/supply alignment, commit management, and backlog dynamics\n\nIntegrate agentic AI tools into workflow\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster’s or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or related field\n\nExperience selling technical or hardware-based B2B solutions\n\nExperience supporting hyperscale or large enterprise accounts with deep collaborator networks\n\nFamiliarity with global fulfillment, allocation environments, and quarter-end execution\n\nExperience owning customer relationships with executive-level decision makers\n\nThe US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:\n$84,000- $113,400 a year\nAdditional compensation may include benefits, bonuses, and equity.\nOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
