This role focuses onrequirement ownership, product backlog management, project execution, and system adoption, working closely withIT and other stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions. The analyst will also act asaadvocatefor new system adoption, includingMES and AI-enabled solutions, driving value realization andupskilling across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nRequirement Ownership & Product Governance (APTD Package Health)\nAct as theProduct Ownerfor APTD Package Health digital capabilities across all sites.\n\nConsolidateand rationalizePackage Health requirementsto ensure consistency, reuse, and scalability.\n\nOwn andmaintaintheproduct backlog, including prioritization aligned withAPTDstrategy and business value.\n\nDefine clear business requirements, epics,user stories, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.\n\nBalance global standardization with site-specific needs through structured trade-off decisions.\n\nProject & Program Management (APTD Package Health Initiatives)\nOwnend-to-end project executionfor APTD Package Health initiatives, from concept through deployment and stabilization.\n\nDevelop andmaintainproject plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk registersacross multiple sites and stakeholders.\n\nDrive execution discipline by tracking scope, schedule, risks, and delivery commitments.\n\nCoordinate cross-functional teams (APTD sites, ETD, analytics, and system owners) to ensuretimelyand predictable delivery.\n\nPrepare regular project statusupdates, decision briefs, and escalation summaries for leadership reviews.3. Cross-Functional Solution Alignment\n\nAct as the primaryProduct Owner interfacebetweenAPTDandETDfor solution design, prioritization, and delivery.\n\nTranslate APTD business needs into system-level requirements for platforms such asPADK,eTRA, PEIP, PTM tools.\n\nParticipate in solution and architecture reviews to ensure functional fit, data integrity, scalability, andusability.\n\nSupportharmonization of data models, workflows, and KPIs across sites and systems.\n\nNew System Adoption & Advocacy\nDrive adoption of new and existing systems, includingMES enhancements and AI/advanced analytics solutions.\n\nPlan and execute rollout activities: stakeholder mapping, communication plans, training sessions, and phased deployments.\n\nAct as asite anduser advocate, collecting feedback and ensuring solutions deliver tangible business value.\n\nTrackadoptionmetrics,user engagement, and benefitsrealizationpost-deployment.\n\nAI Responsibilities\nIntegrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.\n\nContributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.\n\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data/Information Systems, Business Analytics, ora related field.\n\n3-7 years of experience as aBusiness Analyst, Product Owner, or Program/Project Analyst, in semiconductor manufacturing or advanced manufacturing environments.\n\nDemonstrated experience inproduct ownership and project management, including backlog management, planning, and execution tracking.\n\nStrong experience inrequirementsgathering, process mapping, and stakeholder managementacross multiple sites.\n\nAbility to translate complex technical concepts into clear business and system requirements.\n\nStrong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.\n\nFamiliarity with semiconductor assembly/test flows and Package Health concepts.\n\nExperience working withMES, manufacturing data platforms, or analytics ecosystems.\n\nExposure toAI/ML-enabled solutions, advanced analytics, or digital transformation programs.\n\nExperience working with central IT organizations and agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.\n\nAbility to apply baseline digital fluency and role-appropriate AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes\n\nAbout Micron Technology, Inc.\nWe are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich lifefor all.
