You’llbe at the center of this exciting and growing field.\nIn this role, you will be a key member of a multi-functional team, creatively designing and delivering data solutions, dashboards, and analytics to extract meaningful insights and recommendations to the IAG organization -- ultimately supportingthe strategic direction of the team.\nIf you are passionate about data, have a flair for user experience, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport IAG Analysis and Reporting: Build dashboards and reporting solutions to support Identity and Accessgovernance and operations, decision-making, and end-user resources.Own solutions from discovery through testing, delivery, and support.\n\nAutomation and Data Collection: Develop and support automated data collection, transformation, refresh, and distribution processes using ETL, scripting, and scheduling tools.\n\nDefine solutions and make recommendations: Independently translate business requirements and leadership objectivesinto complete reporting and analytics solutions. Improve upon basic requirements, anticipatecustomer needs, identifydata issues, and communicate conclusions and recommendations.\n\nBusiness Intelligence Development & Analysis:\n\nDesign and create insightful and user-friendly reports, dashboardsand visualizations with a focus on usability, aesthetics, and highlighting critical information.\n\nPerform thorough testing and validation of data, reports, and business logic to ensure accuracy, consistency, performance, and security.\n\nDevelop methods to identifydata anomalies and broken business rules.\n\nAnalyze large and complex datasets to identifypatterns and trends, measure performance, and provide actionable recommendations.\n\nRespond to ad hoc data requests by extracting, joining, filtering, and summarizing data from multiple sources to support operational and business decision-making.\n\nWork regularly with leadership and peers to solicitideas for new solutions, changes to existing solutions, and independently identifyand implement improvements. Design, test and vet results with stakeholders and raise awareness to the team when new capabilities are made available. Provide documentation and training as needed.\n\nData Solutions Development:\n\nWrite, troubleshoot, and optimizesophisticated SQL queries, data models, extracts, and data transformations to improve performance and scalability.\n\nRetrieve data from sources such as databases, usage logs, SharePoint lists, surveys, and web analytics. Perform ETL and data transformation tasks to form useful composite views.\n\nDesign and develop SQL Server tables, views, stored procedures, and indexes. Use execution plans and other diagnostic tools to improve performance and accuracy.\n\nCreate and maintainSharePoint lists or custom solutions to interact with end-users or toprovide automation solutions using tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate.\n\nOwn Quality and Performance: Complete careful self-review and troubleshoot issues across SQL, Tableau/PowerBI, extracts, calculations, and dashboards.\n\nBuild strong relationships with peers, leadershipand other collaborators. We have a global workforce, and you will have the opportunity to work directly with team members from around the world.\n\nQualifications &Skills:\nTechnical proficienciesrequired:\n\nMicrosoft SQL Server - database design, tables, views, indexes, stored procedures, execution plans, and query performance optimization.
