You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to technical standards and future platform roadmaps.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate with engineering and technology teams on architecture, standards, technical roadmaps, and engineering practices for Zoom and Microsoft 365 collaboration services.\nEngineer and administer Zoom Workplace, including licensing, policy controls, managed domains, governance, reporting, utilization analysis, and capacity planning.\nIntegrate services with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO, MFA, Microsoft 365, room technologies, and approved enterprise platforms.\nBuild and maintain automation for deployment, configuration management, reporting, troubleshooting, and operational workflows.\nParticipate in planned maintenance activities and an on-call rotation as needed.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n7+ years of experience engineering or supporting enterprise collaboration, unified communications, endpoint management, or real-time communication services.\n3+ years of hands-on experience administering Zoom Workplace in an enterprise environment.\nExperience administering Zoom capabilities such as licensing, policy controls, managed domains, reporting, enterprise deployment, or platform governance.\nExperience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, SCIM, MFA, or identity lifecycle management.\nExperience supporting Windows, macOS, or virtual desktop environments.\nExperience with scripting, APIs, automation platforms, or workflow automation tools.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Zoom AI Companion, Zoom Rooms, Zoom VDI, Zoom APIs, webhooks, or automation frameworks.\nExperience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agents, or AI-enabled workflows.\nExperience with PowerShell, Python, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, or observability platforms.\nExperience integrating Zoom with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, enterprise telephony, room systems, or compliance platforms.\nRelevant Zoom, Microsoft, ITIL, security, networking, automation, AI, or collaboration certifications.\nAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
