You will take end-to-end ownership of verification environments, collaborate closely with design and architecture teams, and help drive verification quality across Micron’s next-generation products. You will also have opportunities to adopt and influence emerging AI-based approaches that improve verification productivity, debugging efficiency, and quality.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and maintain UVM-based SystemVerilog verification environments\nDefine and execute block and system-level verification plans\nDebug complex functional and integration issues in close collaboration with design teams\nDrive coverage closure and continuously improve verification quality metrics\nExplore and adopt AI-assisted techniques and tools to improve verification productivity and debug efficiency\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering\n6+ years of experience in IP and/or SoC verification\nHands-on experience with UVM and constrained-random verification\nStrong proficiency in SystemVerilog\nProven analytical, debugging, and communication skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with mixed-signal modeling and verification\nExperience with DRAM/NAND/SSD protocol, controllers, and systems\nExperience with AI-assisted development, verification, or debug tools\nInterest in applying AI/ML techniques to improve verification flows, automation, or productivity\nExperience working in fast-paced, highly collaborative engineering environment\nThe US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:\n$122,000.00 - $208,000.00 a yearAdditional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.\nOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
