Your role will focus on overseeing technology development operations across various TD and pre-NPI projects, ensuring that results are delivered on time and in line with APTD’s technology roadmap and commitments. This position requires a customer-obsessed leader who will play a key role in the planning and implementation of APTD builds. Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.\nProject/Program Management:\nLead technology development programs and projects to deliver against defined go-to-market timelines.\n\nAlign program- and project-level plans, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure timely, cohesive execution.\n\nDevelop and maintain integrated project schedules in collaboration with cross-functional teams.\n\nEnsure all deliverables and artifacts meet program requirements and align with established business processes.\n\nProactively identify and resolve risks, issues, and roadblocks, escalate as needed to protect timelines.\n\nFacilitate regular project reviews and meetings to track progress and address challenges.\n\nMonitor and communicate project status and overall program health to stakeholders.\n\nCentralize and manage project documentation and data using SharePoint and Confluence.\n\nContinuously improve technology development processes, tools, and systems to drive execution efficiency.\n\nOperations Management\nHandle technology development and engineering builds in partnership with internal and external teams.\n\nDefine and execute build plans, priorities, milestones, and schedules with cross-functional stakeholders.\n\nForecast build, material, cost, and resource requirements, maintaining accurate planning data and tools.\n\nOptimize build schedules, material preparation, and logistics to align with business priorities and minimize waste and delays.\n\nSupervise daily execution, including wafer offloading, kitting, and support of PWF and assembly builds.\n\nIdentify, mitigate, and escalate risks, issues, and interdependencies to protect timelines and outcomes.\n\nCoordinate engineering builds and APTD operations in compliance with established standards and processes.\n\nLead cross-functional improvement initiatives and build strong stakeholder partnerships across programs.\n\nAI Responsibilities\nUtilize AI-assisted tools responsibly to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality of work while adhering to company policies and applicable regulations.\nExplore, learn, and share AI-enabled process improvements that can enhance operational effectiveness within the team.\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience in Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.\n\n3-5+ years’ experience in Semiconductor Frontend/Backend Manufacturing, preferably minimum 1 year of HBM experience\n\nExperience in Project/Process Integration, Project/Program Management, Technology Development, Operations Management, or Process Engineering.\n\nSolid understanding of advanced packaging flows\n\nProficiency in essential computer applications, including Excel, Word, statistical tools, Confluence, Power BI, and Power Apps.\n\nKnowledge of SAP, Teamcenter and manufacturing execution systems.\n\nKnowledge of Project Management Tools/Systems.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\n\nOutstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\n\nDemonstrated excellence in leading teams within a global manufacturing network composed of members from diverse fields and cultures.\n\nAbout Micron Technology, Inc.\nWe are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich lifefor all.
