artificial intelligence, digital transformation, intelligent scheduling, and advanced manufacturing optimization initiatives across High Volume Manufacturing operations.\nThis role coordinates organizations passionate about Digital Transformation (DX) and Scheduling Intelligence & Automation (SIA), driving the development and deployment of AI solutions, manufacturing systems, reporting platforms, simulation capabilities, and scheduling optimization engines to improve factory efficiency, turnaround speed, operational visibility, and decision-making efficiency.\nThe position serves as the primary link between HVM and SMAI, ensuring manufacturing requirements are effectively translated into scalable digital solutions while accelerating AI adoption and value realization across the manufacturing organization.\nResponsibilities and Tasks\nAI & Digital Transformation Leadership (DX)\nDefine and implement the fab AI and Digital Transformation roadmap aligned with manufacturing and business objectives.\nLead the development and deployment of AI-enabled solutions, including Generative AI, intelligent assistants, knowledge management platforms, operational analytics, and digital manufacturing applications.\nDrive manufacturing system development and enhancement to improve operational efficiency, workflow automation, productivity, and decision-making effectiveness.\nEstablish and govern factory reporting architecture, dashboards, and important metric visualization platforms to provide real-time business and operational insights.\nPartner with Production, Process Engineering, EE, OI, AMHS, IT, and SMAI teams to identify and prioritize high-impact AI and digital transformation opportunities. \nLead the deployment and adoption of AI technologies and digital tools across manufacturing operations, ensuring measurable business value and sustainable operational improvements.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and establish scalable digital capabilities that support future manufacturing strategies.\nScheduling Intelligence & Automation Leadership (SIA)\nLead the development and continuous optimization of intelligent scheduling systems to support dynamic manufacturing requirements and business priorities.\nPartner with Production, Equipment Engineering, Process Engineering, OI, AMHS organizations to develop scheduling logic, dispatch strategies, and factory optimization algorithms.\nImprove scheduling effectiveness to enhance throughput, cycle time performance, WIP management, equipment utilization, and business plan attainment.\nDevelop and enhance simulation and Digital Twin capabilities to evaluate operational scenarios, manufacturing constraints, and future production strategies.\nAnalyze simulation results and translate findings into actionable recommendations that improve factory performance and operational decision making.\nContinuously improve scheduling methodologies and optimization models to support changing technology nodes, product mix, factory constraints, and business requirements.\nEnsure scheduling solutions remain aligned with manufacturing priorities while balancing productivity, cycle time, service level, and operational stability.\nSMAI Partnership & Program Leadership\nServe as the primary manufacturing Point of Contact (POC) for SMAI.\nAct as the strategic bridge between local manufacturing organizations and SMAI, ensuring factory requirements, operational challenges, and business priorities are effectively communicated and translated into enterprise AI solutions.\nPartner with SMAI to identify, prioritize, pilot, and deploy high-value AI use cases across manufacturing operations.\nDrive alignment between site manufacturing priorities and enterprise AI strategies to improve business impact and solution adoption.\nLead end-to-end AI program execution, including requirement definition, customer alignment, deployment planning, change management, user adoption, and benefit realization.\nProvide manufacturing subject matter expertise to SMAI and ensure delivered solutions are practical, scalable, and operationally effective.\nPromote knowledge sharing and best-practice deployment across manufacturing sites and global organizations.\nAnalytics, Innovation & Manufacturing Optimization\nBuild a data-driven culture by integrating AI, advanced analytics, simulation, and operational intelligence into daily manufacturing operations.\nEstablish performance measurement frameworks to quantify business impact from AI, digitalization, scheduling optimization, and automation
