In order to sustain and improve Micron's memory quality, you will also be responsible for developing and overseeing outgoing monitor plans.\nDeviation management is integral in an HVM environment and therefore, you will be tasked to perform risk assessment and provide product disposition.\nResponsibilities and Tasks\nProvide release documentation upon achieving qualification and set up plans to monitor the quality and reliability of the products in the HVM phase.\nPerform product failure analysis on rejects to identify the failure mode and mechanisms that will lead to successful corrective actions and/or preventive actions.\nAssist and consult on post qualification quality and reliability issues and assist in the analysis and disposition of these materials.\nCoordinate with Research and Development and Product Engineering teams to comprehend new reliability issues and how to test for and assess their impact to customer risk and reliability.\nSkills and Experience\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to details.\nAbility to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing is critical in this role.\nGood organization skills and ability to multitask and coordinate between multiple issue at any given time.\nAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teams and handle pressure situations in a professional manner.\nAbility to apply baseline digital fluency and Artificial Intelligence literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcome.\nCandidates with at least 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry as QA or Product engineer are preferred.
