The Revenue Operations team plays a critical role in connecting Sales, Business Units, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive accurate revenue outcomes and operational excellence worldwide. We partner across global teams to improve forecast confidence, align business priorities, and deliver insights that support Micron’s financial objectives. This is a highly collaborative team where data, strategy, and execution come together to influence key business decisions.
As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, helping translate complex data into actionable recommendations that protect revenue, improve operational performance, and support informed decision-making. This role offers broad exposure across the business and the opportunity to influence forecasting, planning, supply and demand alignment, and process improvement initiatives on a global scale.
Responsibilities:
- Manage worldwide Sales Plan activities for an assigned Business Unit and drive alignment across Sales, Business Unit leadership, Finance, and Supply Chain
- Develop revenue projections, evaluate risks and opportunities, and provide executive-ready recommendations to support business performance
- Lead recurring revenue reviews and deliver data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze demand, supply, customer commitments, and plan attainment to identify priorities and mitigate revenue risk
- Drive operational excellence through KPI management, scenario modeling, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Experience in Sales Operations, revenue forecasting, demand planning, supply chain planning, finance, or a related business function
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, modeling, and macros
- Experience presenting complex business insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams
- Knowledge of demand forecasting, demand-to-supply alignment, statistical modeling, what-if analysis, and sales operations processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Experience leading global forecasting, revenue planning, or sales operations processes within a multinational organization
- Experience developing executive-level presentations and influencing senior leaders in a matrixed environment
- Familiarity with inventory management, revenue governance practices, product lifecycle management, and enterprise planning systems
- Experience using AI-assisted analytics to improve data analysis, forecasting accuracy, and operational decision-making
