This job requisition is to seek seniortechnical leadersin the field of semiconductor process equipmentengineeringto join Micron Memory Taiwan, reporting directly to site Sr. managementor the VP. As a Senior member of technical staff (SMTS)or Distinguished member of technical staff(DMTS), youwill play a pivotal role in driving innovation, leading technical projects, defining the critical equipmentrequirement roadmap, and mentoring fellowengineers. Yourexpertisewill be instrumental in developing equipment solutionsto support high volume manufacturingof cutting-edgeDRAM product.Your contribution will make a lasting impact on the DRAM industry.
Responsibilities of Process Equipment Engineering SMTS/DMTS include (but are not limitedto):
Own critical taskforce, lead cross-functional technical team for new equipment evaluation or adoption, ensuring timelydelivery of solutions.
Act as the technical authority when equipment-related issuesarise. Provide hands-on support or technical guidancebasedon the nature of the issue.
Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and career development.
Cultivatean innovative culture, identifyopportunities for equipmentimprovementopportunitythatalign withstate-of-the-artDRAM product requirementwhile optimizingcosts.
Develop fundamental understanding of hardware and its role in supporting high-volumemanufacturing requirements.
Provide engineering support tointernal team members andsenior leaders.
Qualifications:
Technical expertise: Demonstratedeepknowledge of semiconductor equipment related to at least one of the following areas:lithography, dry etch, wet etch, CMP, thin film, diffusion, implantation, andmetrology. You should have at least 10 years of relevant experiencein advanced node. Additionally, a strong understanding of related process engineeringis essential.
Project leadership: Proven ability to lead complex technical projects, ensuringatimelydelivery ofhigh-quality results. Proven skills in driving cross-functional technical teamsand completing ofcomplex projects.
Communication skills: Exhibitoutstanding written and verbalcommunication abilities. Demonstrated interpersonal skills, includinginfluencingand motivating.Ability to collaborate with multi-functional, multi-cultural teams.
Innovation: Track record of providing innovative solutions
Education: An advanced degree in Engineering or Science is preferred.
