trade-offs under real-world constraints.\nBuild clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.\nEnsure every feature includes appropriate test coverage and documentation before release.\nProactively identify and reduce technical debt.\n\nRequirement Analysis and Problem Solving: \nTranslate business and product requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nChallenge unclear, unnecessary, or technically unsound requirements constructively.\nEstimate effort accurately and communicate risks, dependencies, and uncertainties transparently.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration: \nWork closely with embedded systems and hardware engineering teams to define and validate interface specifications.\nCollaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, QA, and operations functions.\nDrive alignment without requiring constant escalation or direction.\n\nReliability and Delivery: \nOwn uptime, latency, error rates, and operational stability of the product.\nParticipate actively in deployment, monitoring, debugging, and production issue resolution.\nProvide structured weekly updates covering current status, forward plans, risks, and dependencies.\n\nRequirements: \nStrong experience in full-stack software development within product-based environments.\nDemonstrated ownership of production-grade software products or major feature sets.\nProven track record of independently shipping and maintaining software used by real customers.\nExperience working in cross-functional engineering environments involving hardware or embedded systems is highly preferred.\n\nTechnical Strength: \nStrong software architecture and system design capabilities.\nSolid understanding of APIs, backend services, databases, cloud-native development, and modern
