You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to drive corrective actions, quality improvements, and customer satisfaction initiatives. In addition, you will lead strategic projects focused on AI transformation, process automation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of Failure Analysis capabilities across the organization.\nResponsibilities and Tasks\nPerform FA of Customer Returns\nUnderstand customer failure mode and observed fail conditions\nPerform initial FA, including usage of Agentic-AI tool\nReplicate customer test environment\nPerform Automated Test Equipment (ATE) analysis and interpret results\nPerform detailed fault isolation once failure has been confirmed\nCollaborate with cross-functional resources and support groups to identify root cause and corrective action\nSummarize findings and submit for Component / Firmware / Module FA\nProvide FA Diagnostic Reports to Internal Customers\nVerify summarize analysis at electrical and physical level\nIdentify potential risks to external customers\nCommunicate with respective Business Unit(s) (BU) on potential impact to customers\nProvide formal FA reports with findings\nProvide regular updates through interim reports and conference calls\nManage Communication of FA Results to Internal Teams\nProvide additional information to enable identification of root cause/corrective action\nAsk detailed and follow up questions as necessary to provide an adequate customer response\nAnalyze data from various sources for trends and variations\nDrive overall process and product quality improvement\nRecord FA results and usage statistics in internal tracking system\nCreate and distribute FA status reports\nMaintain Knowledge of Product Drive Capabilities and Characteristics\nStay current on latest technology and AI development\nMaintain operational knowledge on FA diagnostic tools and methodologies\nComprehend qualification data and potential impact to customer operation\nStay current on common customer applications\nPartner with customer support team for quality project initiative\nAbout Micron Technology, Inc.\nWe are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich lifefor all.
