You will leverage yourMES domain expertise, software engineering skills, and AI-enabled engineering practices to drive successful solution delivery from requirements through production support.\nResponsibilities and Tasks\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and support Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions for Assembly & Test manufacturing operations.\nWork closely with manufacturing users and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions.\nApply strong knowledge ofMES, Factory Automation, manufacturing workflows, equipment integration, and process execution to solve manufacturing challenges.\nDevelop integrations between manufacturing and enterprise systems using APIs, microservices, messaging technologies, and event-driven architectures.\nParticipate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment planning, and implementation activities.\nExecute and supportSIT, UAT, E2E testing, deployment validation, factory go-lives and Hypercare activities.\nTroubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure operational stability and business continuity.\nSupport modernization initiatives through cloud-native architectures, DevOps practices, automation, and reusable engineering solutions.\nUtilizeAI tools and agents for requirements analysis, software development, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and operational support to improve engineering productivity and delivery velocity.\nCollaborate effectively with global manufacturing, engineering, and product teams to ensure the successful delivery of manufacturing solutions.\nContinuously improve application reliability, maintainability, scalability, and operational excellence.\nQualifications\nRequired Experience\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.\n 2+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing applications, with strong hands-on experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).\nHands-on experience supporting Assembly & Test manufacturing operations.\nDemonstrated ability to independently deliver manufacturing solutions across the complete software development lifecycle.\nExperience working directly with manufacturing stakeholders and business users.\nCMF experience is highly desirable and will be considered an additional advantage.\nTechnical Skills\nC#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Web API\nSQL Server and T-SQL\nREST APIs and Microservices\nEvent-Driven Architecture and Messaging Technologies\nAzure DevOps and GitHub\nCI/CD and DevOps practices\nDocker and OpenShift/Kubernetes\nAzure Cloud Services\nAI-assisted software engineering tools, including GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and AI coding agents\nProfessional Skills\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.\nExcellent communication and collaboration abilities.\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nStrong customer focus and ownership mindset.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with globally distributed and cross-functional teams.\nAdditional Job Description\nDevelops intelligent manufacturing solutions that improve factory execution, operational efficiency, quality, and business outcomes across Micron’s Assembly & Test manufacturing network.
