We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our global team dedicated to this function.\nAs a Network Supply Manager individual contributor, you will develop and execute a holistic strategy and be part of a global team dedicated to this function across all Assembly and Test manufacturing locations, including our contract manufacturers' partners.\nIn this role, you will lead the supply strategy development through understanding of current and future needs, analyzing market and company trends, performing the benchmarking of world-class approaches, as well as identifying opportunities to leverage changes in processes, systems and product/services. Then prioritize and drive the implementation based upon estimated timing and level of efficiency captured.\nYou will also be part of the team on the implementation of the global supply and corresponding inventory strategy by establishing key supply readiness strategy, identifying required implementation resources and developing communication channels and tools to introduce the new strategy.\nOther responsibilities include ensuring department compliance to company policies and departmental procedures. You will be responsible for providing input back to leadership on the building and implementing department strategies, processes, and policy through active participation on teams and projects. \nRoles and Responsibilities\nSupplier key point of contact for supply assurance and execution. Define Materials Buy rule and ensure compliance to buy rule. Publish forecast, and be the owner for PO management, order confirmation, rescheduling and optimizing raw material liability. \nBuild and develop materials specific supply execution strategy, include Materials and Critical Raw Materials (Tier 1) capacity planning and readiness. Perform regular monthly/quarterly review or necessary to drive capacity readiness and bottleneck resolution through response to capacity need request. Perform negotiation with supplier on Capacity and Leadtime. \nDevelop and ensure demand service level and safety stock attainment are met. Global WOS owner and own supply allocation. Perform demand supply insight analysis. Host Global WOS review with leadership team. \nDrive supply fungibility across network. \nBe the owner of supply shortage resolution, escalate effectively for supply fulfillment.\nIncorporate supplier product /process EOL management into the overall supply assurance strategy. \nPrepare and present forecast, capacity and OTD/LTD in supplier QBR/ASE commercial meeting. Lead business survey of supplier lead-time and perform LTD/OTD metric review and recommend for improvement. \nResponsible for Info record Leadtime update or any other system update requirement on monthly basis. \nDemonstrate AI dexterity and drive BKM/improvement. \nSME for system and tools and process. \nEducation\nBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in: \nEngineering \nSupply Chain Management \nRelated field of study\nExperiences\nMinimum 5 years' experience in one or more of the following: Engineering, Purchasing/Procurement, Supply Chain\nQualifications\nDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving mindset and skills in fast-paced global manufacturing environment. \nPossess communication and influencing ability and a persuasive advocate. \nStrong influencing and relationship management skills. \nInnovative and teamwork focused. \nAble to work independently as well as with a cross functional team. \nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications and knowledge of SAP will be added advantage. \nAbout Micron Technology, Inc.\nWe are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich lifefor all.
