In this senior individual contributor role, you’ll combine AV systems engineering, technical architecture, and long-term planning to develop reliable, scalable experiences. This is an opportunity to influence both the technology we use today and the roadmap for what comes next!\nKey Responsibilities:\nWork alongside international customers, vendors, and technology teams to develop and unify enterprise AV and solutions.\nHelp us define lifecycle strategies, reference architectures, engineering standards, and deployment approaches for AV technologies worldwide.\nLead the planning and delivery of technology for conference rooms, executive briefing centers, training facilities, event venues, and specialized environments.\nImprove reliability and the user experience through monitoring, analytics, automation, technical documentation, and advanced troubleshooting.\nEvaluate emerging AV, and AI-enabled technologies and help determine where they fit within our future technology roadmap.\nDeliver technical direction on complex initiatives and work alongside teams to resolve difficult AV and challenges.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n8+ years of experience crafting, deploying, and supporting enterprise AV and technologies, including 5+ years passionate about systems engineering, technical architecture, or infrastructure development.\nExperience developing technical standards, operational processes, reference architectures, or enterprise-wide technology solutions.\nPreferred Experience\nMicrosoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms in large enterprise environments.\nQ-SYS, Crestron, Biamp, Poly, or comparable enterprise AV platforms.\nDante, NDI, AV-over-IP, SIP, and modern technologies.\nRelevant AV or technology certifications.\nJoin our exceptionally ambitious team at Micron!
