You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and IT) to design and implement robust, scalable data solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage end-to-end Material Master lifecycle (creation, maintenance, governance, and retirement) across SAP and integrated systems\nEnsure adherence to data governance policies, standards, and audit controls within the Material domain\nMonitor, analyze, and drive improvements in data quality KPIs (accuracy, completeness, consistency)\nIdentify and lead transformation opportunities (automation, standardization, simplification), and drive them through design, build, and deployment\nPartner with IT and business teams to define requirements and deliver scalable master data solutions (S/4HANA, Informatica, integrations)\nConduct root cause analysis on data issues, and implement sustainable fixes (not just corrections)\nDocument and optimize business processes, workflows, and controls to improve efficiency and reduce cycle time\nSupport audit readiness and compliance, ensuring strong control frameworks in material data processes\nEnable downstream processes such as BOM, MRP, planning, procurement, and manufacturing execution through high-quality material data\nExperience\n5-7 years of experience in Enterprise Master Data, primarily within the Material domain (preferred)\nExperience supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, or Engineering processes\nExposure to S/4HANA migration or transformation programs is a strong advantage\nTools & Skills\nSAP MM (Material Master) - strong functional expertise (views, lifecycle, dependencies)\nInformatica (IDMC / Product 360) - experience in MDM platforms and data governance workflows\nPLM tools (e.g., Teamcenter or equivalent) - integration with engineering data\nAdvanced Excel / Data Analysis - data validation, reporting, and insights\nBusiness Process Management - process design, documentation, and optimization\nRequirements Gathering & Solution Design - translating business needs into scalable solutions\nStrong analytical thinking with focus on data quality, controls, and continuous improvement\nAbout Micron Technology, Inc.\nWe are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich lifefor all.
