Power / Electrical Engineering Intern - Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Power / Electrical Engineering Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in power systems and facility-related electrical engineering within a high-tech manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Energy Engineering, or other related engineering disciplines
- Basic knowledge of electrical power systems, substations, or industrial electrical facilities is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus

Responsibilities
- Assist engineers with power system analysis, documentation, and data collection
- Support daily activities related to electrical facilities, substations, or utility systems
- Participate in engineering reviews, site inspections, and improvement projects
- Help prepare technical reports, drawings, and presentations

- Aspires to grow into a full-time electrical or power engineer after graduation
- Ability to leverage AI to enhance personal productivity and independently identify AI use cases.
- Work Location: Must be willing to work in the Tongluo (Miaoli) or Houli (Taichung) areas to support future plant construction needs, and potentially provide support at other Micron sites.
