The role requires strong coordination with consultants, EPC contractors, vendors, and internal engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and as per required quality standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and coordinate Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) engineering activities for industrial projects.\nReview and approve civil/structural drawings, specifications, calculations, BOQs, and technical documents.\nCoordinate with engineering consultants and EPC contractors for design development and execution.\nSupervise construction activities including:\nFoundations and RCC structures\nStructural steel works\nIndustrial buildings and sheds\nEquipment foundations\nRoads, pavements and drainage\nUtility structures\nUnderground structures and trenches\nArchitectural and finishing works\nReview GA drawings, structural drawings, reinforcement drawings, foundation drawings, shop drawings, and architectural layouts.\nEnsure proper execution of foundations for heavy equipment, tanks, pumps, utility systems, and other plant equipment.\nCoordinate civil requirements with mechanical, electrical, piping, HVAC, fire protection, and utility systems.\nMonitor site progress against project schedules and identify construction bottlenecks.\nConduct site inspections and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.\nReview contractor method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and material submittals.\nEnsure quality control of concrete, reinforcement, structural steel, waterproofing, flooring, grouting, and finishing works.\nCoordinate material quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, tendering, and technical evaluation of contractors.\nIdentify design conflicts and coordinate constructability reviews and clash resolution.\nSupport project planning, cost control, progress monitoring, and contractor management.\nParticipate in design reviews, FAT/SAT where applicable, pre-commissioning, and project handover activities.\nConduct inspections and prepare punch lists, snag lists, and closure documentation.\nEnsure compliance with HSE requirements, construction standards, statutory regulations, and project specifications.\nPerform root-cause analysis for construction/design issues and implement corrective actions.\nMaintain project documentation, inspection records, as-built drawings, and handover dossiers.\nShould be able to apply use of Large Language Models or Generative AI Tools like Co-pilot, Claude or Chat GPT for day-to-day activities.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.\n7-12 years of relevant experience in CSA engineering/project execution.\nStrong experience in industrial construction projects, EPC projects, manufacturing facilities, or large infrastructure projects.\nAbout Micron Technology, Inc.\nWe are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich lifefor all.
