strategies that support business growth and operational stability.\nEquipment Performance & Productivity Improvement\nLead initiatives to improve OEE, equipment availability, and overall equipment effectiveness.\nDrive bottleneck identification and capability improvement strategies.\nImprove tool readiness and equipment performance to maximize factory output.\nDeliver measurable productivity and cost improvements through sustainable engineering solutions.\nPromote equipment life extension, refurbishment, reuse, and asset optimization strategies.\nEnsure improvement benefits are quantified, verified, and sustained.\nManufacturing Excellence & Continuous Improvement\nLead Area MXT programs and foster a culture of continuous improvement.\nDrive Lean, Kaizen, and operational excellence initiatives across the organization.\nLead cross-area Best Known Method (BKM) deployment and standardization.\nEstablish performance management systems that focus on business impact and benefit realization.\nEnsure successful sustainment and replication of proven improvements across the fab.\nDigital, Data Analytics & AI Enablement\nPartner with DX/SIA organizations to improve business performance through AI, automation, analytics, and digital solutions.\nUtilize data analytics to identify opportunities for improving equipment performance, OEE, capacity, and productivity.\nPromote data-driven decision making across engineering and manufacturing organizations.\nEnsure digital initiatives are effectively adopted and generate measurable operational benefits.\nConnect digital investments to tangible business outcomes including output, productivity, OEE, cost, and operational stability.\nPeople Leadership\nDevelop and coach M1 managers and engineering leaders.\nBuild organizational capability and strengthen technical expertise within the team.\nDevelop succession plans and future leadership pipelines.\nFoster a culture of accountability, ownership, innovation, and continuous learning.\nCreate an environment where risks are identified early, discussed openly, and addressed proactively.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in fab capacity planning and manufacturing excellence programs.\nExperience leading continuous improvement, MXT, Lean, or Six Sigma initiatives.\nExperience with automation, advanced analytics, or AI-enabled manufacturing solutions.\nExperience in equipment refurbishment, lifecycle management, and asset optimization.\nExperience deploying BKMs across multiple manufacturing areas or sites.\nExperience managing global or cross-site projects.\nStrong business acumen with the ability to connect engineering initiatives to operational and financial
