Facilitate ideation and evaluation sessions across different functions.\nFramework Development: Create and implement a framework for continuous improvement in construction cost analysis, ensuring competitive cost negotiations for Procurement Category teams.\nTrend Analysis: Identify and analyze any cost irregularities and trends. Requirements\n5-10 years of relevant experience in cost management, cost controls, quantity surveying, or business analytics, particularly in Semiconductor / Cleanroom.\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management.\nExperience with mega-capital project including construction and/or infrastructure procurement and/or project controls. \nUnderstanding of various construction delivery models and contracting methods (GMP, lump sum, unit price, time and materials, etc.).\nStrong proficiency with data management, data analysis and reporting tools: Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Tableau, SQL, PowerBI, SharePoint, etc. \nExperience with procurement systems: SAP, Scout, etc.\nKnowledge of project management methodologies.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nEnglish and Mandarin fluency required; Japanese fluency is a plus\nIn Job Responsibilities:\nIntegrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.\nContributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.\nIn corresponding Job Requirements:\nBaseline digital fluency, with the ability to use AI-assisted tools to support research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, or operational tasks relevant to the role.\nAbout Micron Technology, Inc.\nWe are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich lifefor all.
