By applying Industrial Engineering principles, advanced analytics, intelligent solutions, and cross-functional collaboration, the team supports data-informed decisions that promote technology development and business goals.\nThis role requires strong analytical capability, project leadership, and partner management skills to optimize planning processes, improve forecast accuracy, and deliver actionable insights for executive decision-making.\nResponsibilities:\nDrive strategic wafer loading, capacity planning, and scenario analysis across global Technology Development sites.\nPartner with global TD engineering to ensure key collaborators are linked into the plan and scenario timelines.\nCollaborate with Engineering, Operations, Process Integration, and Finance teams to align business plans, resource requirements, and technology development priorities.\nDevelop and implement AI-enabled analytics, forecasting models, and planning solutions to improve decision quality and operational efficiency.\nLead quarterly business planning processes, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and multi-functional partner engagement.\nAnalyze fab performance, traveler movement, wafer starts, yield, and capacity metrics to provide actionable recommendations for leadership.\nBuild automated reporting, dashboards, and data visualizations that simplify complex data and support executive decision-making.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, and/or 2+ years experience in a relevant field.\nExperience in data analysis, project management, and working across departments within a manufacturing or engineering environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI; working knowledge of SQL and Python.\nDemonstrated ability to communicate complex analyses in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.\nProven ability to prioritize multiple tasks, drive projects to completion, and excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience applying Industrial Engineering concepts to production planning, scheduling, forecasting, and capacity optimization.\nKnowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, fab planning methodologies, and production systems.\nStrong analytical problem-solving skills with experience developing automated analytics or AI-enabled business solutions.\nProven ability to influence collaborators and lead cross-functional initiatives in a global environment.\nAdditional details:\nDevelop, implement, and maintain methods, operation sequences, and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies. Collaborate with build engineering in coordinating the release of new products. Estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
