This role will lead the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Finance capabilities, ensuring standardized global financial reporting, compliance, and close processes across multiple legal entities.\nThe individual will act as a strategic partner to Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and IT teams while driving best practices for consolidation, financial close, intercompany accounting, and external reporting.\nKey Responsibilities\nSAP Group Reporting & Consolidation\nLead design and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.\nDefine and maintain consolidation units, consolidation groups, FS items, and reporting structures.\nDesign ownership management, eliminations, currency translation, and consolidation processes.\nImplement intercompany reconciliation, matching, and elimination requirements.\nSupport legal and management consolidation reporting across global entities.\nEnsure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and statutory reporting requirements.\nDrive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close optimization.\nGeneral Ledger & Financial Accounting\nLead global GL process design and governance.\nConfigure and support: Universal Journal (ACDOCA)Document SplittingParallel AccountingMultiple LedgersProfit Center AccountingSegment ReportingFinancial Statement VersionsAccount DeterminationAllocation Processes\nDesign end-to-end financial close and reconciliation processes.\nSupport chart of accounts harmonization and finance master data governance.\nFinancial Close & Reporting\nImprove financial close efficiency and automation.\nPartner with Corporate Accounting teams to establish close procedures and controls.\nDesign and validate external and management reporting requirements.\nEnable real-time reporting leveraging S/4HANA embedded analytics and Fiori applications.\nS/4HANA Transformation Leadership\nParticipate in Fit-Gap analysis, solution architecture, and blueprinting workshops.\nChallenge and simplify legacy ECC processes.\nLead finance design decisions and integration across SAP modules.\nSupport testing, cutover, data migration, and hypercare activities.\nProvide solution recommendations aligned with SAP standard best practices.\nIntegration & Cross-Functional Collaboration\nCollaborate with: Controlling (CO)TaxTreasuryProcurementOrder-to-CashManufacturingData & Analytics teams\nEnsure smooth integration between Group Reporting, GL, CO, Fixed Assets, and Material Ledger.\nSupport boundary application integration and financial data reconciliation activities.\nGovernance & Leadership\nMentor junior consultants and business analysts.\nReview solution designs and configuration quality.\nDrive issue resolution with business and technical stakeholders.\nSupport executive steering committee updates and key decision discussions.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.\n10+ years of SAP Finance experience.\nMinimum 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations.\nMinimum 2 implementations involving SAP Group Reporting.\nStrong expertise in: SAP S/4HANA FinanceGeneral LedgerGroup ReportingFinancial CloseIntercompany AccountingConsolidationParallel LedgersDocument SplittingProfit Center Accounting\nDeep understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.\nPreferred Qualifications\nCPA, CMA, CA, or equivalent accounting certification.\nExperience in semiconductor or manufacturing industries.\nSAP S/4HANA Finance certification.\nKnowledge of: BlackLineOneStreamBPCSnowflake ReportingSAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)Central Finance\nExperience supporting global multinational organizations.
