As a Design Engineer, you will craft and optimize digital, analog, and memory circuits while collaborating with global design and verification teams. You will build solutions that improve quality, reliability, manufacturability, and product performance while continuing to learn and innovate in a global engineering environment!\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and optimize memory, logic, and analog circuits for new memory products.\nPerform circuit validation, parasitic modeling, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisions to drive performance and manufacturing efficiency.\nLead layout activities including floorplanning, placement, routing, verification, modeling, and simulation using industry-standard tools.\nCollaborate across Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly, and Marketing to solve technical challenges and support successful product execution.\nDrive innovation in future memory technologies while building design quality and standardization across global engineering teams.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, with 10+ years of relevant industry experience; or a master’s degree with 7+ years; or a Ph.D. with 5+ years of relevant industry experience.\nProficiency in CMOS circuit development and semiconductor device physics.\nExperience with power network analysis and circuit optimization techniques.\nExperience with Verilog modeling, simulation tools, and state-machine design or verification methodologies.\nDemonstrated problem-solving skills in design verification, debugging, and semiconductor circuit analysis.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with memory technologies such as DRAM, NAND, or other advanced memory architectures.\nKnowledge of semiconductor layout processes, including floorplanning, placement, and routing.\nExperience working with industry-standard simulation and verification environments.\nStrong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating within global engineering teams.\nExperience using AI-enabled tools to support semiconductor development, analysis, or engineering workflows.\n\"The specified role does not encompass the following responsibilities: Finalization of sales agreements or the execution of sales contracts is prohibited.
