This is a cross-functional role that involves close collaboration with product design teams, process integration, design rules, modeling and CAD.\nDevelop and run process for PDK verification and benchmarking; actively drive to resolution any issues found, involving all the necessary stakeholders.\nPlanning and scheduling PDK releases and development times.\nHandle and disposition ongoing cross-functional PDK change requests\nQualifications & Skills:\nProven experience and a solid understanding of semiconductor technology, semiconductor device physics, compact modeling, design rules, and CAD and CAD tools\nYou are a self-motivated individual with excellent teamwork skills, growing in a collaborative environment.\nYou possess excellent analytical, analysis, and problem-solving skills, and are adaptable to a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with wide-ranging demands.\nStrong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts in verbal and written form.\nTools: Star RC, fineSim, Calibre; programming skills - Python, Bash\nProficiency with using AI in your daily work\nEducation and Experience:\nB.S., M.S., or \"PhD or equivalent experience\" in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field\nAt least 5 years of work experience related to semiconductor manufacturing, preferably in a Design-Technology Co-Optimization role.\nThe US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:\n$150,000.00 - $256,000.00 a yearAdditional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.\nOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
