You will promote collaboration across different functions, operational excellence, and technology transformation through strong program oversight, technical expertise, and influence on collaborators.\nWorking closely with site engineering teams and senior leadership, you will develop and complete long-term strategies that improve organizational capabilities, establish standard methodologies, and accelerate innovation.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategic Program Management\nLead large-scale Facilities programs and central initiatives.\nDevelop program roadmaps, achievements, important metrics, and governance processes.\nManage project risks, issues, and mitigation plans.\nAlign multi-functional teams to achieve business objectives.\nProvide executive updates and strategic recommendations.\nCross-Site Collaboration & Standardization\nDrive knowledge sharing, guidelines, and lessons learned across sites.\nBuild strong technical networks and collaborative communities.\nLead standardization of engineering processes and operational practices.\nSupport site startup, expansion, and technology transfer initiatives.\nTechnical Leadership\nAct as a domain expert in Facilities engineering.\nProvide technical direction and support complex problem solving.\nDevelop technology roadmaps and continuous improvement strategies.\nChampion AI, automation, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.\nOrganizational Capability Development\nMentor and develop technical talent across the organization.\nPromote knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and operational excellence.\nServe as a reliable consultant to engineering teams and leadership.\nInnovation & Digital Transformation\nIntegrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and aligning with organizational standards and legal requirements.\nContributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.\nExecutive Communication & Influence\nCommunicate effectively with senior leaders and global collaborators.\nPresent technical strategies, risks, and business impacts.\nBuild alignment and drive decisions across multiple organizations.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.\nOver 10 years of experience in Facilities Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Program Management, or a related field.\nDemonstrated ability to guide intricate cross-departmental programs and initiatives.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nDemonstrated ability to influence collaborators without direct authority.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nExperience in semiconductor manufacturing or large-scale industrial environments.\nProficient English communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.\nPMP certification or equivalent project management experience.\nExperience supporting global or multi-site manufacturing operations.\nUnderstanding of AI, automation, digital transformation, and data analytics.\nExperience in organizational change management and capability building.\nTrack record of developing engineering standards and governance frameworks.\nAbout Micron Technology, Inc.\nWe are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich lifefor all.
