This position offers an outstanding opportunity to lead and innovate in the field of automated material handling systems within a dynamic and encouraging environment!\nResponsibilities:\nCoordinate the installation, relocation, removal, and upgrades of AMHS and Sorter/BWS/N2 Purge tools.\nCollaborate with vendors to resolve problems, defect issues, and improve tool availability.\nParticipate in CST meetings to benchmark domain knowledge and improve area tool management.\nOptimize tool performance in line with the company’s business plan, strategies, and goals.\nDrive area tools improvement projects and provide related project support.\nForecast, plan, and track the area budget while implementing cost reduction initiatives.\nUsing Artifical Intelligence methodology to find out the opportunity of improvement.\nUsing AI\nApplying AI\nLeveraging AI\nMinimum Qualifications:\nPossession of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related area, or comparable practical experience.\nProven experience in AMHS systems and tool management.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with vendors to resolve issues.\nExcellent project management skills with a focus on optimization and cost reduction.\nAbility to participate in planning and carrying out business objectives.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\nExperience leading large-scale improvement projects.\nFamiliarity with CST meetings and benchmarking processes.\nDemonstrated success in driving performance optimizations.\nStrong financial competence for budget forecasting and cost management.\nAbout Micron Technology, Inc.\nWe are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich lifefor all.
