compliance with contractual obligations and project specifications.\nConduct regular site inspections and escalate any deviations, delays, or quality issues to the client management team.\nReview engineering deliverables such as P&IDs, PFDs, equipment sizing calculations, data sheets, and technical specifications.\nValidate designs for compliance with API, ASME, ASTM, ISO, IS codes, ASHRAE, SMACNA, and cGMP guidelines.\nEnsure correct integration of HVAC and Process Utility systems into project scope.\nReview vendor documents, GA drawings, and layout for correctness and constructability.\nPlan and monitor execution activities for HVAC and Process Utility systems across multiple work fronts.\nCoordinate with PMC, General Contractors, and sub-vendors for timely execution and issue resolution.\nDrive construction sequencing, resource allocation, and contractor mobilization plans.\nPrepare and maintain look-ahead schedules, execution plans, and progress reports.\nMonitor material availability, site logistics, and manpower deployment.\nSupervise execution of Chiller Systems, AHUs, FCUs, VRF Systems, and Cleanroom HVAC Systems.\nPressurization systems, exhaust systems, and hazardous area HVAC compliance.\nEnsure proper ducting, insulation, and balancing works as per project requirements.\nOversee installation and commissioning of all the Utilities (DIW, WWTP, CDA, Cooling Towers, Gas Separation system, Fire protection, Inert Gas systems, Chiller and HVAC Systems.\nSupervise equipment erection, alignment, piping installation, ducting, and system integration.\nLead pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including functional testing and performance validation.\nDrive punch list closure and ensure timely handover to clients.\nEnsure adherence to project specifications, approved drawings, and QA/QC procedures.\nImplement HSE protocols, participate in safety audits, and resolve site safety concerns.\nConduct method statements and risk assessments for major activities.\nMaintain up-to-date site progress reports, inspection records, and commissioning documentation.\nProvide inputs for as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and project close-out dossiers.\nAble to utilize and integrate GenAI, no code or low code AI Agents/LLMs in day to day reporting and work.\nRequired Qualifications & Skills:\nBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering\nExperience: Minimum 10 -12 years of experience in execution of HVAC and Process Utilities in Semiconductor related projects.\nTechnical Competencies:\nStrong knowledge of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, VRFs, cleanroom systems) and mechanical utilities (CDA, glycol, WEX/GEX, Acid Exhaust, Solvent Exhaust, Cooling Towers, CRMAU, Piping, Ducting, Hot water system,).\nAbility to interpret P&IDs, equipment sizing, and layouts for execution.\nSoft Skills:\nExcellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under
