The successful candidate will leverage data, analytics, AI-assisted tools, and intelligent solutions to improve information accessibility, accelerate problem solving, identify emerging risks, and prevent product from becoming a future reprocessing, rework, or repair candidate.\nThe role partners closely with Site Manufacturing, Global Quality, Central Engineering, NPI, Supply Chain & IT teams to establish enterprise standards, drive improvement initiatives, and develop scalable digital and AI-enabled solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnterprise Standard Ownership & Governance\nOwn and govern enterprise standards, methodologies, requirements, and business processes related to reprocessing, rework, and repair.\nDrive consistent implementation and compliance across manufacturing sites.\nServe as the enterprise subject matter expert and lead reviews, audits, training, and process improvements.\nEnsure standards evolve with business requirements, customer expectations, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.\nReprocessing Reduction & Manufacturing Excellence\nLead enterprise efforts to reduce reprocessing, rework, and repair through prevention-focused strategies.\nAnalyze operational trends, identify systemic improvement opportunities, and drive corrective and preventive actions.\nPartner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and NPI teams to improve process robustness, product quality, and operational effectiveness.\nPromote best-practice sharing and cross-site learning to sustain improvements.\nData, Analytics & AI Enablement\nDefine and govern enterprise KPIs, dashboards, reporting, and performance review processes.\nUse data analytics, AI-assisted tools, and intelligent workflows to identify risks, trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.\nDevelop and support predictive, preventative, and knowledge-management solutions that improve decision making and operational performance.\nHelp define, create, and deploy AI-assisted and agentic solutions that improve information retrieval, problem solving, and risk prevention.\nDigital Transformation & Program Leadership\nLead enterprise projects and cross-functional initiatives that improve quality, compliance, operational excellence, and digital capabilities.\nTranslate business challenges into scalable process, automation, analytics, and AI solution opportunities.\nPartner with technical teams to develop, validate, deploy, and govern AI-enabled solutions.\nDrive adoption of digital and AI capabilities while ensuring appropriate governance, validation, security, and human oversight.\nRequired Competencies\nProcess Governance & Standard Ownership\nSemiconductor Manufacturing & Quality Systems Knowledge\nData Analytics & Business Intelligence\nAI & Digital Enablement\nRoot Cause Analysis & Structured Problem Solving\nContinuous Improvement & Operational Excellence\nRisk Identification & Prevention\nProgram & Project Management\nCross-Functional Leadership & Influence\nStrategic Thinking & Business Agility\nCommunication & Stakeholder Management\nProficiency in AI solutions and Data analytics\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related technical discipline.\n5+ years of experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, NPI, Yield Enhancement, Operational Excellence, or related fields.\nExperience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives and enterprise process governance.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.\nDemonstrated proficiency using AI-assisted tools, data analytics platforms, or digital solutions to improve business outcomes and decision making.\nAbility to identify opportunities for automation, analytics, AI-assisted, or agentic solutions and translate business needs into actionable requirements.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with wafer fabrication, assembly, test, module manufacturing, or NPI operations.\nExperience with QMS, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar quality frameworks.\nExperience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, or related methodologies.\nExperience with Power BI, Tableau, JMP, Spotfire, or similar analytics tools.\nExperience developing, deploying, or governing AI-enabled solutions, knowledge agents, copilots, predictive analytics, automation, or agentic workflows.\nKnowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), intelligent agents, or machine learning applications in manufacturing and quality environments.\nExperience working in a global organization.\nAbout Micron Technology, Inc.\nWe are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich lifefor all.
