You will partner closely with design, layout, CAD, and product teams to reduce manual effort, improve quality, and accelerate time-to-tapeout across memory products.\nResponsibilities:\nEmbed AI and automation into circuit design, layout, and verification workflows\nApply data-driven methods to modeling, validation, and tape-out iteration reduction\nEnable AI-assisted optimization of floorplanning, placement, routing, and simulation\nLeverage historical design and silicon data to drive predictive insights\nCollaborate across design, CAD, and manufacturing teams to scale AI-enabled methods\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience\n5 to 7 years Experience with circuit design, layout, verification, or CAD flows\nStrong coding skills with the ability to develop and maintain production-quality software in Python or similar languages\nExperience applying data analysis, machine learning, or automation to engineering workflows\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field\nExperience applying AI or ML to physical design, simulation, or silicon data\nKnowledge of memory circuit design and full-chip integration\nExperience collaborating across design, process integration, test, or product engineering\nThe US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:\n$170,000.00 - $290,000.00 a yearAdditional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.\nOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
