One of the rapidly growing functions within Micron India is the Non-Volatile Engineering (NVE) System Integration (Solution) Product Engineering team in Hyderabad which is responsible for the integration of new non-volatile products into various system solutions (SSD, UFS, uSD), end-to-end product challenges beingsolved for maximum value and streamlining ofoverall development effort, complexity,and risk. We enable parallel NAND and System development through feature optimization and innovative solutions, demonstratingtechnical expertiseon both sides.

Responsibilities:

• System triage activities through failure analysis on both NAND Component and System-level to identifysources of failure, drive issue-based taskforces to establishsolutions & unblock critical system development.

• Innovations in system triage methodologyand for cycle-time improvement

• NAND Features applications in systems, supporting validation improvements during NAND developmentand facilitateNAND testing methodologytowards meeting system requirements.

• NAND vs. System performance sensitivity evaluations for early catch of issues and left shiftwith effective and timelyvalidation countermeasures + RCA

• Hands-on bench testing at the system, NAND package andat timesNAND wafer level testing for comprehensive issue debug

Qualifications:

• Highly motivated and adaptable to our fast paced, dynamic,and rapidly changing work environment. Flexibility to work for extended hours as required.

• Keen interest in NAND-system interaction and technical deep-dives; Prior relevant experience will be an added advantage.

• Provide leadership in problem analysis and resolution at network level. Work with groups outside of your department to identifyand close technical gaps related to new product integration.

• Ability to work with a variety of cultures and with multi-functional teams.

• Excellent data analysis, problem solving, and decision-making skills.

• Effective communication and presentation skills

• Strong foundationof mixed-signal VLSI such as analog circuits and systems, digital logicand RTL design.

• Knowledge of Flash memory architecture and operationis required.

• Knowledge of bench testing equipment (o-scope, logic analyzer, NextestMagnum, etc)is a plus.

• Programming/scriptingskills (C/C++, Python, Perl, Verilog)isa plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines +2-8years ofexperience

• Course work in VLSItechnology,analog/digital circuits,system designa plus
