This role focuses on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), SailPoint's next-generation SaaS-based identity governance platform, and requires hands-on expertisein configuring, integrating, and extending ISC to deliver scalable enterprise identity solutions.\nIn this role, you will be a key member of a cross-functional team responsible for designing, developing, and delivering capabilities that support Micron's identity governance strategy and business objectives.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated identity professional to help shape and advance Micron's next-generation identity governance capabilities while working with a global team and modern cloud-based technologies.\nResponsibilities and Tasks\nConfigure SailPoint ISC tenant components including source connectors, identity profiles, lifecycle states, access profiles, roles, and provisioning policies to enable use cases and user stories developed by the Product Management team.\n\nPerform custom development and scripting using SailPoint ISC Transforms, Native and Connector Rules, and REST API integrations to support IAG use cases and user stories.\n\nDesign and develop custom on-premises, virtual appliance-based, and SaaS application connectors.\n\nCoordinate with SailPoint on SaaS platform updates, feature releases, and tenant health monitoring; perform regression testing following vendor-initiated upgrades.\n\nDevelop and execute functional, smoke, and regression testing to validatethe quality, stability, and reliability of ISC configurations and integrations.\n\nSupport the development of Application Factory processes and integration templates to accelerate onboarding of new systems.\n\nProactively monitorand troubleshoot ISC tenant health, integrations, provisioning workflows, access requests, and identity data quality to ensure platform stability and reliability\n\nUtilize AI-enabled tools and modern development practices to improve efficiency, code quality, troubleshooting, and delivery of SailPoint ISC solutions.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently, quickly learn new technologies, support both modern and legacy applications, and adapt effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments.\n\nBuild strong relationships with peers, leadership, and other collaborators. We have a global workforce, and you will have the opportunity to work directly with team members from around the world.\n\nQualifications and Skills\nTechnical proficienciesrequired:\n\n8+years ofexperience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), or related cybersecurity domains.\n\n2-3+ years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).\n\nExperience designing and configuring ISC components, including tenant configuration, sources, identity profiles, lifecycle states, access profiles, roles, provisioning policies, and governance groups.\n\nStrong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, provisioning, identity correlation, and access governance processes.\n\nExperience developing and supporting integrations using REST APIs, Web Services, flat-file integrations, and SailPoint connectors.\n\nProficiencyin one or more scripting or programming languages such as Java, Python, PowerShell, or TypeScript.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently resolve complex identity and access issues.\n\nPersonal attributes required:\n\nExceptional attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to identifyingand mitigating risks.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through ambiguous requirements and translate them into effective SailPoint ISC solutions.\n\nQuick learnerwith the ability to adopt new technologies, leveragedata and insights, and make sound recommendations to technical teams and leadership.\n\nSelf-motivated and comfortable working in a global, fast-paced, and evolving environment.\n\nStrong communicationskills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nAbility to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality results while meeting commitments and deadlines.\n\nCollaborative and inclusive team player with a positive attitude and demonstratedsuccess working across geographically distributed teams and diverse organizational cultures.\n\nDemonstrated ownership mindset, driving issues through resolution and continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes, automation, and user experience.\n\nPreference given to candidates who possessthe following:\n\nExperience migrating from SailPoint IdentityIQ(IIQ) to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).\n\nExperiexnceintegrating ISC with enterprise platforms such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, or other SaaS applications.\n\nWorking knowledge of LDAP, identity data modeling, enterprise role design, authentication protocols, and API-based integrations.\n\nExperience working within regulated environments that require compliance with SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, or similar frameworks.\n\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms) to enhance productivity, automation, troubleshooting, and software development workflows.\n\nSailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) certifications, IdentityNowEngineer certification, or other SailPoint credentials.\n\nEducation& Experience\nBachelor’s or a Master’sdegree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.\n\n8+ years of experience in related discipline.\n\nAbout Micron Technology, Inc.\nWe are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich lifefor all.
