Initiate and drive cross-functional programs to achieve corporate business goals\nFacilitate the definition of program scope, goals, deliverables, timeline and resource requirements in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders\nManage the definition, refinement, and implementation of core methodologies and tools for business process including reporting\nDrive delivery of IPP Goals Performance\nDeliver tactical support and program management\nEstablish structure and manage program dependencies, prioritize programs, track program milestone and deliverables\nEnable program success through subject matter expertise\nDeliver program proposals and regular progress reports\nIdentify potential roadblocks, develop and execute resolution plans\nFacilitate regular meeting cadence with key business partners\nEngage with key stakeholders and leadership teams to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement\nCommunication\nConduct regular communication update to Senior leadership, Sites and PROCT leadership team\nConduct program priorities, roadmap, wins, issues and any program related changes communication to key stakeholders\nRequirements \nBachelor’s Degree/master’s in Engineering or equivalent work experience\nExperience / understanding of Micron FE manufacturing processes and business processes\nExcellent analytical, fact-based decision-making skills\nExcellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization\nExcellent teamwork and collaboration with other groups, internally and externally\nKnowledge on data analytics and programming is beneficial\nProven ability to plan and prioritize goals and objectives\nProven ability to multi-task and lead team to meet challenging deadlines and goals\nDemonstrated ability to measure self and team for efficiency and effectiveness\nAbout Micron Technology, Inc.\nWe are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich lifefor all.
