Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing.\nJob Description\nResponsibilities and Tasks\nEnsure the safe and proper operation of facilities equipment and systems.\nMonitor facilities equipment and systems through FMCS or equivalent control systems.\nRespond promptly to out-of-specification or abnormal condition affecting production or the site in general.\nBring up out-of-specification or abnormal conditions to relevant parties in a timely manner.\nRestore facilities services quickly to minimize interruptions to production or the site.\nResponse to facilities service requests.\nSupport and implement operating procedures and risk assessments for all facilities systems and related work activities.\nCoordinate maintenance or installation activities for operating facilities system and equipment on site.\nAccurately pass down information to the next shift.\nComplete shift routines and activities.\nAssist in drafting SOPs, Checklists, and daily plant reports.\nFollow up on incidents or service interruptions.\nCoordinate and collaborate with internal and external parties for facilities operation-related activities.\nPrioritize and organize work during the shift.\nServe as a member of the ERT (Emergency Response Team).\nCo-chair Facilities Daily Operation morning meeting/pass-down with Facilities Operations Engineer.\nPerform WAC regen and ACF backwash.\nComplete assigned learning items and training within the stipulated time frame.\nReview and approve work permits.\nRequirements:\nEngineering Diploma in Electronic/Electrical, Mechanical, Controls and Instrumentation, or other similar fields.\nFamiliar with Microsoft Office applications.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nSelf-motivated and able to prioritize work.\nAble to work independently and in a team.\nPrior facilities experience is advantageous.\nWilling to work any shift on a rotating schedule\nDemonstrates willingness to adopt AI-enabled ways of working with ability to apply digital tools, dashboards, automation solutions, and AI assistants (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to improve productivity, quality monitoring, and decision-making is advantageous.\nAbout Micron Technology, Inc.\nWe are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich lifefor all.
