Responsibilities:

• Performs electrical or mechanical fixing to resolve problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process
• Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings
• Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts.
• Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as the need arises
• May perform equipment modifications as advised by engineers.

• -Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.

• Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role-appropriate AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, operational tasks, and achieving business

• Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing magnificent results.

• Willingness to accept and adapt to day and night shift rotations.

• Outstanding problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.

• Ability to strictly follow SOPs and training instructions to ensure world-class quality.

Working Hours:

• Working hours follow a 12-hour rotating shift schedule based on a 4-3 / 3-4 pattern

• This position operates on a fixed shift schedule, either day shift or night shift

• Monthly Salary starts from NTD 37,500
