Responsibilities:

• SupportNewProductProliferation(NPP)activitiesthroughqualificationlottracking,monitoring,andfollow-uptoensureon-timeexecutionofqualificationplans.
• Executequalificationlotsaccordingtomanufacturinginstructionsandestablishedprocedures.
• Verifyandvalidateworkquality,ensuringallqualificationrequirementsandprocessstepsarecompletedaccurately.
• Monitorqualificationschedulesandproactivelyfollowupwithstakeholderstomeetcommittedtimelinesandmilestones.
• CoordinatequalificationactivitiesacrossManufacturing,TestEngineering,ProductEngineering,Quality,andothersupportingteams.
• Raiseandmanagesystemrequestsrequiredtofacilitatequalificationactivitiesandensuresmoothexecution.
• Identifyandescalatequalificationrisks,issues,andscheduleimpactstosupervisorsandrelevantstakeholders.
• Supportmultiplequalificationprojectssimultaneouslywhilemaintainingalignmenttobusinesspriorities.
• Completeassignedtaskswithinstandardcycletimesandaccordingtomanufacturingschedules.
• Maintainaclean,organized,andsafeworkenvironmentinaccordancewithcompanystandardsandprocedures.
• Communicateeffectivelywithsupervisorsandcross-functionalteamsregardingqualificationstatus,discrepancies,pass-downinformation,andoperationalissues.
• Utilizedataanalysisandproblem-solvingskillstosupportqualificationexecutionanddecision-making.
• Demonstrateflexibilityandadaptabilityinafast-pacedNPPenvironment.

Requirements:

• Diplomain Electronics,Electrical,Mechanical,orarelatedtechnicaldiscipline.
• Experienceinmanufacturing,semiconductoroperations,qualificationmanagement,orproductionsupportisanaddedadvantage.
• Experienceincoordinatingandfollowinguponproductorqualificationschedules.
• Strongproblem-solvingskillswiththeabilitytomanagemultipletasksandprioritieseffectively.
• Abilitytoworkindependentlyandcollaborativelyinacross-functionalteamenvironment.
• Reliable,self-motivated,quality-focused,andabletodemonstratestronginitiative.
• ProficientinMicrosoftOfficeapplications(Excel,Word,PowerPoint,Outlook).
• GoodcommandofEnglishandMalay,bothwrittenandverbal.
• Familiaritywithmanufacturingsystems,dataanalysis,programming,orArtificialIntelligence(AI)applicationsisa plus.
• ExperienceusingGenerativeAI,AIAssistants,orotherAI-enabledtoolsispreferred.
