# Controller

Position Summary Microserve is seeking a Controller to join our Finance team in a hybrid role based in Burnaby, BC. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the Controller is responsible for the integrity of the company’s financial reporting, the effectiveness of internal controls, and the leadership of the accounting function. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely financial information, maintaining compliance with Canadian accounting and statutory requirements, overseeing treasury and cash flow management, supporting ERP optimization, and enabling informed decision making across the organization. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Close Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with ASPE and applicable Canadian statutory requirements.
